healthy-skin-diet

Leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are food that makes the skin stay glowing and healthy. Many of the spices, herbs and veggies contain high antioxidant. Anti oxidant food also strengthen immune system to fight against illnesses and diseases.  Over time, molecules in the skin begin to break down, resulting in particles that cause damage to other parts of the skin, these particles are called “free radicals”.  Free radicals break away from normal oxygen atoms.  Oxygen atoms are a natural to the human body of course, however when they lose and electron “free radicals”, it can cause damage to other molecules.

Anti-oxidants neutralize the free radicals by absorbing them.  
The transition from a bad “eat any fast food you want” diet to a strict healthy one can be  depressing however, discipline and self value are great motivators!
