Get Glowing Skin

Glowing skin is achievable by eating right.  Eating right is something you must do every day.  It takes discipline because you must make health choices.  That means eating less fatty/greasy/fast foods. There is nothing wrong with eating meat but you must have it with less or NO unhealthy grease.  Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

You are what you eat because food also affects the condition of our skin. Eating healthy supplies more nutrients to our body and skin.
A friend of mine (cheryl) who regularly eats cucumber and bananas.

Food that we eat is not usually enough to supply the nutrients that our body needs.  In order to fill the lacking nutrients, we must have alternatives to it such as vitamins. Vitamins like Vit E helps to repair damage cells.

Application of moisturizers and lotions also help us to get glowing skin. Too much cold or too much heat can cause different reactions to our skin. Moisturizers and lotions balances that reaction to keep it from getting damaged and direct exposure.

Herbal products are also a great way to get glowing skin.  A direct application in the skin works to get that glowing skin. If you dislike eating the vegetables then why not put it in your skin?  Cucumbers, carrot  and other vegetables work well when mixed with proper herbs.  Blended fruits also work to have that glowing skin. Milk is another way although it is more expensive but it surely works in aiming for a smoother skin.  Honey can also be use if i you have a dry skin .

Glowing skin starts within your healthier inner body which is affected by your daily activities.
It is attained by lots of beauty sleep, relaxation and avoiding stress. It can be avoided through therapies and treatments such as going to spa or yoga and meditation. Another way  is also through exercising. Sweating also gives a natural moisture to our skin.

Other ways done to have that glowing skin is through chemical procedures and consulting a dermatologists.

Preserving beauty in natural ways

There are a few natural ways to preserve beauty.  As we have been researching and gathering information on skin care for our site how to get glowing skin, we stumble upon a few interesting tips.
Here are a few interesting natural ways it can be done with little or no money.

1. Use cucumber for your eyes’ relaxation to lessen your eyebags.
2. Avoid putting pressure in your face such as frowning, pouting and putting your hands under your chin.
3. Avoid using too much face expressions such as angry or sad face.  Raising your eyebrows stretches your forehead more that creates early wrinkles. other face expressions may cause early aging too even smiling does ! lol. Well i guess everyone can keep smiling to make the face look brighter.
4. Always use a nice soft type of sponge on applying your face foundation.
5. Upon applying the blush on your face, don’t press the brush too hard on your cheekbone.
6. While applying your eyeshadows, do not open eyes wide with your fingers just to make the application perfect. Open half of your eye instead, that way you can still put the eyeshadow evenly. Remember that whatever pressure you put in your face, stretches the skin.
7. Use herbal face treatment like mask with olive, cucumber or papaya extract . Face mask is a very effective face treatment for a healthier glowing face. Here are the other kinds of face mask you can use at home. http://www.brit.co/diy-face-masks/
8. Use baking soda to scrub your face once in a while.  It takes off the dead skin.

8. Avoid washing your face with hot or warm water because it can cause skin dryness.
